Hey Michael, can you tell me which letters you have next to the green "Free Trial" button (e.g. a:a, a:b, etc)?

Hi Michael, I just checked again on the live link and it loads perfectly (about 20-30 seconds to fully load): http://lem.demo.solarwinds.com/lem/ Can you tell me what country you are trying to access the demo from? That might help with troubleshooting. The demo typically takes 25-35 seconds to load in the USA. In Europe/Asia can be twice that. Also, Chrome is the optimal browser for the LEM Demo. Maybe you can hit the link via Chrome and wait a few minutes? Also, accessing this demo over a 4G network could be problematic.

Hi All, I'm experiencing this issue as well. I have tried in both Chrome and Firefox. the letters/numbers next to the download are [a:06]. I have been waiting for about 20 minutes in either browser with no success except for the progress bar continuing to move. Any help would be great. Thanks
