hp c7000 chassis cpu pegged at 100%

I have a HP C7000 chassis that is reporting the OA CPU as pegged at 100%. HP though say it is only at about 30%. Can anyone tell me the specific OID that NPM uses to poll for CPU utilization?

Just curious and I know it doesnt help but what version OA administrator are you running? I've got anywhere from 3.50 to 4.01 and my CPUs are reporting normal.

Good point. I find we do have another chassis which is (apparently) reporting correctly at around 14%. I'll ask the SME to see what the difference is.

So you have two separate OAs you are monitoring, both are using the OA FW of 3.71 yet one is correct and the other is pegged? That seems odd.

I agree. What is odder though is that HP is saying (via the OA management GUI) that the CPU is normal.

One of them is most certainly wrong!

Just for kicks - Can you delete it and re-add it to npm?

Hey Folks. I got same situation here: 6 enclosures c7000 at 3.71 version, 3 reporting 100% CPU and 3 normal. Any news about this?
