It is hard to tell what is exactly going on, if you don't want to call, you can open a ticket via email as well.

When you open a support ticket, would you:

I opened a ticket a few days ago but no one has contacted me yet?
Tickets need to be able to be escalated by the customer and their needs to be a clear process for this.
Maybe also we can cut down the sales force that emails me 45 times a day about things I already own and get service managers that we as customers can contact about issues with service and possibly escalate through.
When I have a severe and urgent issue (that just sounds not right) I have to email or call every person I have a contact for as my account rep just stares at me and drools when I talk about tickets.
Heck you guys could take your sales force, give them pointy sticks and they could take over Cuba instead. Just tell them the place is full of new customers and that Castro forces them all to use WhatsUP Gold.
