i cant got health data for all servers, and not all report send by E-mail

I followed steps for the below link , but I still can’t get Current Hardware Health<ext-irb-splog02/.../DetachResource.aspx for some servers.

The screenshot you sent won't work, as I can't access your Orion. What type of servers are you talking about here?
Have you installed the required vendor specific agent on the server to deliver hardware health?

I have 25 Dell power edge servers (1950 ,2950 ,R300,R710,R200, R310, R320 ,R530,.. ) and we only have 14 Servers with Current Hardware Health<ext-irb-splog02/.../DetachResource.aspx
And what do you mean of “vendor specific agent” that I should install ?
The servers you are currently getting hardware health from will have Dell OpenManage installed. You need to ensure you have this installed on all Dell servers you wish to see hardware health for.
I already installed Dell OpenManager , but I didn’t get the result from Orion.
Click list resources on the node details page and ensure that "Hardware Health Sensors" is selected.
