Wireless Network Wide Reporting not working

Has anyone been able to get the "Total Bytes Transferred over Wireless Network" or the "Network Wide Wireless Percent Utilization" charts to work in the summary views?

It works on the Orion demo Wireless Module.

I got them both on the "Wireless Networks Summary' page if that is what you are asking.

Are they working? I have the option to add these charts, but there is never any data.

These aren't the charts that I'm referring to.

I have the Wireless Network Client and the Total Bytes Transferred over the ENTIRE Network. I think there is something in the Orion Database with the Wireless pack that labels a WAP and can segregate the wireless data traffic for reporting.

There are two charts labeled:

"Total Bytes Transferred over Wireless Network"

and

"Network Wide Wireless Percent Utilization"

I can't get those to work.

Sorry, misunderstood original question. Are these the ones you are referring to in custom charts ?

That's it! I can't get them to work and have opened Support Cases to see about fixing them. I just recently migrated to a new server and reinstalled all the software but the problem followed, so that leads me to believe something isn't right in my database. Below is what I got back. I'm just wondering if I'm the only one.

Update for Case #33028 - "need some assistance recreating some Orion Wireless charts"

Hi Brian,

I got a reply from dev team. There is a bug with the InterfaceTraffic view. Dev has been able to reproduce the probem.

the fix is scheduled for the next release of wireless monitor which should be sometime in June of 2008.
