eoc refresh time----too long

Question

ihave 2xnpm and 1xeoc
in my eoc i do have around 8 maps as an overview in a 3 column view.
the customer is pointing out about the refresh that the eoc is doing and its quite slow.  it is taking an average of around 2.5 min to do the refresh
is there any way to minimized this refresh delay or latency whatever we may call it?

already installed and tested today..i could only see a 5secs difference in opening my 4 maps..

havent tested my 8 maps yet
