I would love to see a feature to move a node or group of nodes from one polling server to another without having to shut down any services. It's really frustrating to have to schedule outage time every time I need to move a a few devices.

You can do this today without downtime. Using the utility we provide in Monitor Polling Engines on the Orion server under SolarWinds Orion -> Advanced you can move elements from one poller to another in real time.
It gives you a warning that you must shut down the polling engines to move them.
What version are you currently running on today with Orion?
10.2.1
Sent you a screen shot. Don't know how to post pics here.
See below.
Also, If should be It, but hopefully you just get rid of the prompt altogether
I would settle for a nice WebUI that allowed the moving of systems between pollers without any downtime.
If they do go with an automatic option I would prefer the automatic part to be optional, I would keep it off as I prefer to keep my additional poller more heavily loaded than my primary.

Yeah me too, not to mention the havoc automatic load balancing would play on Discovery profiles until they make Discovery smart enough to know where it should be adding those new and changed nodes.
WebUI would be good. I'd love to be able to move nodes between pollers from Manage Nodes. All I really want is to be able to move nodes around without having to shut down services.
