Thanks. Yes and it is a big help listing the variables in one location. It did not address the "Custom Properties" variables that we create. I did enter them in the same manner and they did not appear to work. The when I looked at it again this morning the contents of the "Custom Variables" were present in the Map Tooltip Hover-over.

It would also be great to be able to 'customize' the hover-over pop-ups in other display locations other than maps, such as in the All Nodes - Tree or alerts section.

I assume you mean to extend the hover over popups to all the website? If yes, then the answer is this is still an open enhancement

Brandon - Why not have the Custom Properties enumerated from the database and just allow the user to select them? It eliminates typos, eliminates questions on which variable can be used where and is self eplanatory in terms of use.
