In general, we are incrementally improving the documentation piece by piece.

In regards with the properties you specifically referred to, here are the descriptions in context of Orion.Netflow.Flows* entity types (in addition to the documentation provided in NTA 4.0 Entity Model · solarwinds/OrionSDK Wiki · GitHub):

ObservationTimestamp (inherited from System.StatisticsEntity type)
- This is an equivalent to the Timestamp property of the Orion.Netflow.Flows* entity types. It represent the time of flow packets aggregation at the minute granularity.
Weight (inherited from System.StatisticsEntity type)
- This property provides a weight for a record. In case any data aggregation of older data happens, this property allows applying necessary corrections to display values properly in graphs.
- In current versions of NTA, no data collapsing happens, thus the value is always 1.
ObservationFrequency (inherited from System.StatisticsEntity type)
- This is a reserved property, not supported by the Orion.Netflow.Flows* entity types.
DisplayName, Description, Uri (inherited from System.Entity type)
- These properties are not used by the Orion.Netflow.Flows* entity types, they return NULL values.
InstanceType (inherited from System.Entity type)
- This property returns a name of source entity type, i.e. "Orion.Netflow.Flows*" depending on queries entity type. (Note: in current versions of NTA, the value returned is NULL which is a tracked bug.)

I've seen much of that information which deals primarily with documenting the schema and accessing the raw data, but I'm looking for actual details of what values the fields represent. For example, in Orion.Netflow.Flows what does Weight and ObservationFrequency represent?
