Is there a way to bulk monitor the HW Health on all systems that are able or will we have to add it them one at a time?
You'd have to try to enable it via a discovery on those nodes. If it's not picked up, then you'd have to manually add what you need.

Are you referring to the network sonar discovery tool or running the discovery on from the "Node Manage" screen?
Sonar Discovery. The discovery from manage nodes only looks at things like OS information, vendor, etc, not adding pollers like Hardware Health.
And that won't overwrite anything (custom fields, etc) we have set up on the existing nodes?
No, it won't overwrite what you've already added. It will instead give you options of what to monitor based on what it's found as "new"
