Inventory report shows usename and password

The inventory report for "Login Information for Each Device" shows the username and password for each device unencrypted for all users who have access to the reports. This I think is a severe security issue and I am not sure how to either hide this information or not allow this report to be seen.

Any help in getting this report hidden or the username or password to show up encrypted would be helpful

Seems like a bug to me.

The inventory report should match the security settings configured in the desktop application. If you want to change this, go to File > Settings > Security and set username and passwords to be hidden. Usernames and password are encrypted in the NCM database by default.

Mine are set to encrypted but still show up on the web.

Encrypted only applies to the database. You must set them to hidden to keep them from displaying in the interfaces.

Sorry about that, for some reason I didn't consider the name of the report you specified. We figured it was pointless to have a login information for each device report that doesn't show you the login information. As a workaround, you can modify the Inventory Report to remove the username and password fields or delete the report completely.

Longer-term, I'd be interested in understanding how you'd like this to work. Would you want the ability to choose specific inventory reports to only be avail via desktop application but not the website?
