IIS Error in Orion v8.5.1 SL500 in Configuration Wizard

Question

I´m installing the Orion SL 500 in a Windows 2003 Server Enterprise Edition, I already install the software but when I´m runnig the configuration wizard and It starts to create the Web Site I get this Error:

"Cannot enable active server pages for IIS; the IIS installation may be corrupt, or you may not have permission to modify IIS configuration settings"

I also tried to install the Orion v8.5.1 SL500 in a Windows 2003 Server Standar Edition and I gott the same error.

Is thera a way to fix this, or do I need to search for and older version?

The situation is that I just have a SWNetPerfMon.DB file inthis directory. The Orion cannot create the Website.

I´m sending to you the diagnostic file.

To further troubleshoot this issue would it be possible for you to run the Diagnostic Tool and get the results to Support?Go to: 
C:\Inetpub\SolarWinds
and open
 the web.config file with notepad. Do a search for the word "WARN",
 you will see it
in the
 following field:
 
 
 
<threshold
 value="WARN" />
 
 
 
Change WARN
 to DEBUG and save the file.

Next, go to

C:\Program
 Files\SolarWinds\Orion
and run the
 program called SolarwindsDiagnostics.exe It will create a
 
.zip file
 called SolarwindsDiagnostics.zip attach this file to the case and
 
return it
 to us.
 
 
 
Next go
 back to:

C:\Inetpub\SolarWinds
and open
 the web.config file with notepad, and change the DEBUG back to WARN,
 
and save
 the file.
