Hi Team,
As you can see below I am not getting SKU value, can you please let me know how fix it? Even when extracting the report I am getting the date instead of the Serial number.
There is a OID for the model number, from which you could look up the associated battery type. And before now I have not seen any entry in their MIB Structure for battery type/sku.
This is only because I have never looked so far down the line.
I found Internal and External SKU
upsIdentModel 1.3.6.1.2.1.33.1.1.2
Specifically for APC Smart UPS : 1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.1.1.1.0 System Model

Hi CharlesH,
Thank you for the giving the answers. Actually,Ii have set-up a dashboard as UNDP for ups. Do we need to create one more UNDP for below:
Specifically for APC Smart-UPS : 1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.1.1.1.0 System Model
thanks.
If you want the device model # then setup one of those OID's as another UnDP - test both to see which works best across your range of models.
If you are not getting anything returned on the SKU OID's (1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.2.2.19, & 20) try using GetNext. (or Get with a .0 at the end).
I tested this on what I had available (small smartups 450's) The 9606 and 9617 cards do not return anything. The 9630 returns all 0's. You may need a 9631, or it may be manually set like the battery replace date.
Hi Cahunt,
Thank you for the update.
Yes, I am using the same OID but no luck, getting the same error.
I have not been able to produce any other readout thus far. Having a list of batteries that should return this detail would be helpful, just as well as the detail of which (if there is a) specific battery chassis that needs to be used to obtain this data from the batteries.
I did not see a manual option to set the value from within the GUI for the Net Cards on the APC's that I have available.
If I do find anything conclusive I will post it here first.
