1. Open the “Local Security Policy” panel.2. On the left side Select “User Rights Assignment”3. On the right side, double click/open the “Replace a process level token” entry4. Make sure that “Network Service” is listed. If not, then add it. 5. Restart IIS
No Dice.
I even re-added the Network Service token (it was already there) before restarting IIS, no change.
What account is the website running as? That should the account specified in that security policy.
The guy who installed EOC said he didn't specify an account... I added both of us and the ocal Administrator account to the policy and restarted IIS, nothing. The W3SVC server is running as local system, so I added the SYSTEM account local to the server and restarted IIS, nothing. Next?
Did you check the identity that is assigned to the application pool that is being used by EOC's website. By default we use the default app pool. You may just want to double check the account being used there to see if it hasn't changed.
The account that you use to log into EOC is not the issue, it is the account that the website is running under.
