I went ahead and downloaded it again... but there is no build number or anything in the "release notes" saying anything about SP3

the sp3 file can be downloaded seperately from your customer portal page, you will see the service packs and hotfixes. the sp3 file is listed there.

I am going from 9.1 to 9.5..

And wanted to know if the build of 9.5 all ready had SP3... so I don't have to do 2 installs

I would assume like past installs I have done the regular install will run and then before the configuration wizzard it will run the latest SP update that is included. This has always been the case in all of the installs that I have done with SW products. As far as two installs, that would not be necessary. A bshopp said if you have downloaded the newest version off of the website it will contain the most recent update.
