placing a Universal Device Poller variable on a map

Question

i have many UnDP created which have Count values - for instance, like number of current TCP connections. i want to label this to file servers on maps. but i can not figure out how to present this on a map for display.1.3.6.1.2.1.6.9     ConnectionsCount${ConnectionsCount}that variable doesn't work – so, am i missing something or is this even possible?

It helps as far as basic values... still cant get values from the UDP...

You can add any alert (i.e. SQL) variable to the information field in a label on a map. For instance, you could right click on the node label and use the ${Status} variable to indicate the status of the node on the map. The possibiolities are many. The alert variables are listed in an Appendix at the end of the Orion admin guide.
