2- IPS OF IBM

You'll need to configure those devices to send Syslog to the IP address of your Kiwi Syslog Server. For 1-3, you're going to need to consult the vendor documentation for how to enable Syslog.
For 4, you can use the event to trap forwarder built into Windows (evntwin.exe). This requires that the SNMP service be installed on the Windows server. Or, you can use the free Snare utility: www.intersectalliance.com/.../index.html

If they're not supported out of the box, yes, you'll need to write a custom device script.
