Is Alcatel's cflowd supported in NTA?

Hi,

Is Alcatel's cflowd supported in NTA? The support list didn't mention about cflowd.

If supported, is there any example CLI commands to enable and configure it?

cflowd should work without any problems. NTA requires the fields discussed in this KB. My recommendation is to turn it out and find out :-)

The devices we are managing is 7750 SR-7 running on TiMOS-C-5.0.R9.

The OS Configuration Guide has good information on how to configure cflow. I couldn't quickly find this on Alcatel's site (I don't have a login). But if you do, the CFlow sections starts on page 430 (good config info starts on 443)

Two tips are:

NTA listens on port 2055 by default. You can change this, but just make sure the port you are configure the device to send traffic on matches the port NTA is listening on.
Our NTA collector supports NTA v5 fields. You will probably need to set the export configuration to RAW.

Hi! I have a problem regarding configuring cflowd on my 7750 SR and I hope I might be able to find answers here since I can't find it elsewhere.

Is there a function to designate the source which cflowd is sent to the SolarWinds server? Something like "ip flow source" in cisco catalyst devices. I am having problem to configure my 7750 SR to send cflowd packets on public IP, it keeps sending through private IP.
