No answer to that but I also noticed that the links from Thwack are broken (or if you have them bookmarked.) Seems like there has been an update to the site and an extra /s/ is being added to the end of the url if you go directly to the Success Center. Success Center

After getting to the new Success Center home page I have searched for the documents I as looking for (by looking for the article name at the broken url.) I found 3 of the 4 documents I was looking for this way.

If you search in https://support.solarwinds.com your searches should start returning results. If you're missing a link, please let us know which link you're searching for.

sotherls Is this a permanent condition? Will the site be updated to forward old links to working ones? If not then all the links in thwack referencing the success center are essentially broken. Maybe there is a way to update all the links in Thwack? But that still breaks peoples' bookmarks.

You can also use Google's caching to see the old site. I find Google to be quicker using the cache but the problem is all the links are broken on the cache site as well.

Pretty poor show to run such a large migration without any notice for the massive community that rely on that site. I'm sure this has caused an uptick in trouble tickets to tech support!

Yeah I opened a ticket with them the other day about it. All they did was point me to the new link and didn't really explain anything except "moving to a new system". I wish this was communicated to us...

You could Google, but then the links just redirect to the base page and not the translated article you were Googling...

... which is an improvement from getting a "Site down for maintenance" page. It would be nice to know if they will redirect to the page we are looking for.
