Network Performance Monitor (NPM)
unknown state
FormerMember
I have a number of servers that are now appearing under the "Nodes with Problems" and is reporting "Node status is Up" and network driver "is in an Unknown state". This seems to have occured after a windows update and the SNMP settings have not changed and is still reporting the disk space. Any way to fix this? So far only deleting the node and losing all the history and then re-adding the node brings back the network driver to a known state

You probably have to re-list the resources for that node in the system manager and re-select the network interface and delete the old network interface. I've see this a few times after updating Intel network drivers on my Windows Servers. No need to delete the entire node, but the OID that identifies the network interface has changed and Orion is looking for old one still.
