Sending enVision SNMP Traps to Orion for Alerting

Question

Does anyone have pointers on configuring enVision to send SNMP traps to Orion for alerting? I was able partially get this working, but am running into an issue with getting the SNMP trap message ie the actual message txt to show up in an alert.

I use Orion network performance monitor in solarwinds.I want to  send snmp trap alert in my node when the node name is equals to the node i want to send a trap.

In my knowledge to know that this  trap run or not run we would see in trap viewer application but  my problem is that i don't see the value of the SysUpTime

sysUpTime=00
