Config line comments

Question

I'm interested in the Cirrus product.  I'm looking for a product that will allow me to add comments line by line to a config file.  I only want these comments stored in the config manager itself and not on the router/firewall.  We have a spreadsheet that we keep up with comments in today and due to the number of devices we've outgrown this spreadsheet.

Yes, definitely, this feature would good to have - remember the more features and freedom you give to the customer the more appreciated the product will be.

Its definitely a feature that we've been looking for and haven't found.  we've evaluated cisco ncm, arcsight ncm, and other products.  Products that cost $70K can't even give this to us.  We're ready to pull the trigger if we can come up with a feature-rich product that offers this feature.
