Image/Map distortion using Windows 7

Hi all,

We use NPM v9.5.1 and i've just upgraded my machine to Windows 7. Now, when viewing maps I get the following;

It seems that text is ok, but all images are almost in a sort of 8-bit colour gradient. I've created a brand new map, (shown above) as a test and it is still the same. In Atlas it looks perfectly fine. This result also occurs when using Chrome as well as IE8.

anyone got any ideas? It's the case with all our maps..

This does not seem like an issue caused by the system, but more like a permission or a memory issue. Check for r/w permissions for IIS in Network Atlas directory.

Hi Alan,

Windows 7 is not a supported OS for NPM.

Do you know when you'll be supporting this OS? Or will this come in version 10?

It's not in 10. I'll mark this for the PM to comment on the request. 10 will add 2008 R2 support though.
