Multiple email alert question

Hello

I am using Orion NPM version 7.8.5 in our environment, and I was wondering if their is a way to receive multiple alerts until the issue is fixed.  For example, if a server goes down, is there a way for an email to be sent every 20 minutes until the issue is fixed as opposed to only getting one email?  Apperntly, my team wants to get spammed until they are forced to fix it.  Thanks.

Yeah, but does 8.1 have the "no alerting on Sunday" hotfix?

From what I understand from others, this has been resolved. I hope to have the time to begin testing 8.1 in our lab within the next week or so.

Are you still having the Sunday problem with 8.1?  If so, we really want to know because we thought we had fixed it.  If not, we need to take another look.

Thanks for the info everyone.  I now have to convince management to spend the money and upgrade the version.
