How does the Daily interface Statistics Retention work?

Hi

I need to know how the Statistics Retention work.

When you have interface with 365 day Statistics

How  the average and max per day are getting to dispaly?

The Admin guide say:

Database Settings

The following options configure Orion database maintenance and retention settings.Note: Changes to database maintenance and retention settings do not take effect until the SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor service is restarted.Archive TimeThe Archive Time is the time of day when Orion database maintenance occurs. For more information, see “Database Maintenance”.Detailed Statistics RetentionAll statistics collected on any basis shorter than 1 hour are summarized into hourly statistics after the period of time designated as the Detailed Statistics Retention period. By default, this period is 7 days.Hourly Statistics RetentionAll statistics collected on any basis shorter than 1 day but longer than 1 hour are summarized into daily statistics after the period of time designated as the Hourly Statistics Retention period. By default, this period is 30 days.Daily Statistics RetentionAll statistics in the Orion database that are collected on a daily basis are kept for this designated period of time. By default, this period is 365 days.

I will try to refine my question.

Do I get in my 356 day chart MAX and Average of each day ?
