ironport downloading config

Question

Hi all.

Can you help me with my S650 Web Security ironports?

I added ironport in NCM, SNMP settings is OK, login is OK.

I chose Template  "Cisco Ironport".

But when i start downloading config  via NCM Web console i see only "Downloading" for a long time. And no config(

Help me pls

The file name must be

Cisco IronPort-1.3.6.1.4.1.15497.1.1.1.ConfigMgmt-Commands

Make sure that you copy it and paste in plain text. Some editors do weird things with the quotation marks.

I replaced your template text to my old.File name is Cisco IronPort-1.3.6.1.4.1.15497.1.1.1

But when i begin downloading config. Error:      "Unable to locate or error loading device template: C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Configuration Management\DeviceTypes\Cisco IronPort"

Restarting NCM serices and server reboot dont help(
