No router interfaces discovered

We have two Cisco 3745 routers that I manually added via the web gui. The snmp test was successful, but no interfaces show on the resources page. After the routers were added I tried List Resources on the node manage page and still got nothing. There is a firewall between the Orion server and 3745's, and the Orion ip address is NAT'ed to a static address. Any ideas why the router interfaces are not discovered?

I have a complex alpha numeric and special character community string that is quite long... I've found out the hard way on my own that my string works for all of my Cisco devices except one model we use... the 3750's... for them I have to use a shorter abbreviated string. The messed up part of it is the 3750's would take my string into the config but they would not work ie. couldn't be polled by NPM. It took me a while to figure this out and even now every once in while I'll add a 3750 and put my regular community string on it... try to poll it and no go!!! Then I usually remember when troubleshooting it... Oh yeah! that's right I have to use a simpler short comm string for these switches for some reason. If it makes any difference I use the following on 3750's:

	12.2(40)SE, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc3)
	IOS Image		C3750-ADVIPSERVICESK9-M

The problem was the community string in the snmp-server host command was different than the one defined in the snmp-server community command. That's not a problem on Cisco ASA's, and Catalyst 3560 / 3750 switches, but our 3745 router did not like it.
