Top XX Interfaces by % Util resource question

Question

I have a ticket open with support (#146874) but I'm getting nowhere so I thought I'd throw this out here. I frequently see MPLS multilink bundles as well as individual circuit utilizations that total over 100% for receive and transmit. I have verified that the bandwidth is set correctly for each of these interfaces in NPM. We do not have any CIRs set or bandwidth statements in any of the router configs. This is making it difficult to troubleshoot and diagnose congestion situations and we're finding that we just don't trust the util data we're getting from NPM. Anyone have any idea on how to correct this?

That's what I did even thought it didn't seem to make sense to me to have to do it.  After I made the change and waited a couple days... all of sudden I didn't have over 100% utilization any longer.

I still have not resolved this issue and the ticket remains open. no one in support has been able to resolve or explain, and I have requested several times that this be escalated but I'm getting no response. If there's a mod out there that could please bump this ticket we'd really appreciate it.

So you had to hard set the bandwidth on even the interfaces that were discovered correctly? Did you use 1544000 for the custom bandwidth amount for your T-1s?
