Visible Ticket number or comment in Node Down Resource

Question

We are in a 24x7 NOC  in need of an efficient way to show down nodes with a ticket number, which hopefully will help in shift turnover and stop duplicating efforts. In reading past Thwack discussions we decided the best visual aid for this would be to add a ticket number or comment in a "Node Down" resource. However, most posts are out dated and do not seem to work with the newer releases. We currently are using Orion Platform 2013.1.0, NCM 7.2, NPM 10.5, NTA 3.11.0, IVIM 1.6.0, VNQM 4.0.1 and cannot find a solution. Can anyone help with ideas or instructions on accomplishing this task.

Great Idea. This is getting real close to what we need:

SELECT NodeName AS [Node Name],'/Orion/images/StatusIcons/Small-' + StatusIcon AS [_IconFor_Node Name],DetailsUrl AS [_LinkFor_Node Name],Notes,Triggertimestamp,acknowledgedby

FROM Orion.AlertStatus

INNER JOIN Orion.Nodes

Where Nodes.NodeID = ${NodeID}

Is there a way to filter the above by Node priority.

we put the ticket number in the Acknowledgement of the alert.

and use a custom swql query:
