Can this product be used to deploy windows hotfixes? WSUS no longer supports importing hotfixes.

You need to package your .msu as an exe which would be one way around it and then use the new package wizard to deploy. You can also follow this post for other packaging methods. Windows Hotfix .msu

Yes, you can deploy anything either through the wsus inventory or create custome, exe, cmd, batch files etc....
