I am backing up several sonicwalls successfully, however I have a couple older ones that do not have the "show all" command. Any Ideas how I can make this work,or at least get the Important information.

If there is an alternate command instead of 'show all', then you can use that one by input in alternate command option in the activity details under options tab.
And also you can use variations to change the command for that particular device alone.(Edit the device-->Variations tab-->Use variations-->Additional Commands\Show Running Config)

Yeah I knew that, I was hoping someone would know a command that would give me pertinent info. I have tried a lot but cant find one that really shows me enough of the config where I could rebuild the sonicwall in case of failure. Maybe there is no such command or combination of commands.
Can you please share the device details (type,model etc) ? I can try to find something for you.
There are several, but one specifically I can SSH into but can’t find a good command to get the config is a TZ210 with sonicos enhanced 5.5.1.0-5o. I could get you into it if you wanted to look.
