How to eliminate certain interfaces from the node

Question

Please see the attached screen shot. I am not able to eliminate these gray "Unknown" interfaces. I made sure they are not selected when I list the resources. The node is monitored through SNMP. Any help is appreciated? I guess I should remove the node from Orion and re-add it. Thoughts?

The table is called 'Interfaces', however, I do not recommend that approach. See t1n0m3n's answer, this is the best way how to go.

Edit:

This happens anytime you change the IF description and the IF ID.  You probably made changes to the drivers and/or hardware when this happened.

Settings > Manage Nodes > Click "+" to expand the node that you want to work on > Select the unknown interfaces > Click Delete
