NOAA publishes a composite National Doppler Radar Map, 3400x1600 pixel resolution at:

It's updated every 10 minutes,

Does anyone know an affective way to automate a download of this image for display. I've got my site set up to use https, so I keep getting that annoying message about "Do you want to display the nonsecure item?"
Use the WGET program to pull it from a batch file. The program is in the Content Sharing Zone
