Can you tell report scheduler not to keep the reports or at least purge on a schedule?

The report scheduler doesn't keep any reports. All it does is run a job that logs into the website takes a snapshot of the database and then emails it out. The report templates are the reports created in the Report Writer but the data is stored in the database. If you ran out of disk space, then the issue is more than likely due to log files or something else on that drive. What all is install and using this server?

We found copies of the reports in

On BeachNPM01, under C:\Documents and Settings\NPMReporter\Local Settings\Temp there are about 3000 PDFs taking up about 4 gig

You have the server sending out pdfs then rather than html emails. Probably not something the dev guys knew about with that option.

Just looked at mine and you are absolutelty right. There is a copy of all of my pdf reports in the temp folder. Good find
