Where were config snippets kept in 3.x?

Question

Where were config snippets kept in 3.x? They didn't make it to v4 during the upgrade and I'd like to got pull them out of the DB if possible.

PS. Please add that to my long list of complaints about the upgrade to v4. If an upgrade doesn't upgrade everything from the old version it needs to say that in really big letters in the release notes & upgrade instructions.

Config snippets should have been upgraded when you moved from 3.x to 4.x as the location has NOT changed.   They are stored in the ConfigArchive table (Select * From ConfigArchive where ConfigType='Snippet').

The upgrade from 3.5 to 4.0 didn't bring any of my database along. I've already complained about what an amateur job that upgrader was so I'll stop now.
