I recently upgraded Cirrus from 3.1 (I think) to the latest version of 4, and now the configs for my Extremes are coming in incomplete. The configs seem to start randomly somewhere in the middle. Any ideas/suggestions?

Can you ensure that you're using the same templates as you were in 3.1? If you could post a session trace, we can diagnose further. (File > Settings > Session Trace > Turn on session tracing)
Without seeing what I was using in 3, I have to assume that the template I'm using ("Extreme") is the right one. It's the only Extreme template I see.
In any case, I did as you requested, and I see this:
Echo not detected yet. push back data to echo buffer, EchoBuffer = '<contents of config up to that point>'Echo is detected, EchoBuffer = '<same data>'
Where the last line interrupts the config download is where my saved config starts.

We're going to need the complete session trace to diagnose. I think you're best bet is to open a ticket on this one and attach your full session trace. If this worked in 3.0, we should absolutely be able to get it to work in 4.0.
