Refresh issues since upgrading to v5

Question

Since upgrading to Ver5 on 3 different enclaves all 3 enclaves exhibit the issue that it seems that even with status refresh set to 5 minutes about every 30 seconds to a minute the software locks up for a second and the refresh starts the left pane at the top of the list.  This is a minor nuance but annoying none the less.  If it was only happening on one of the 3 enclaves/installs I would not be as concerned.  Anyone experiencing something similar or have any suggestions?

Okay I found this for v5.1

However I am a little concerned that the download link appears to be the same size as the 5.0 I have installed now.  I guess I will validate soon enough.  In the help about should it be showing ver5.1?

In the customer Portal if you click on Download You Software link, you should see a download link for Orion NCM v5. Download that copy and you should get the 5.1 bits.

I realize that the version numbers are causing some confusion, but the operations team is working on fixing this.

I see ver 5.0 sp2 and I see the integration tool having a version 5.1 but maybe I am missing something, where can I find the NCM5.1 download?
