Problems with alerts - help me!

Question

This is the warning that I am creating

What I want is to send status alerts down only to nodes whose department (Infanta,OLIVES GAMARRA)

Trigger Alert when all of the following apply

Node Status is equal to Down

Trigger Alert when any of the following apply

Departament equal to INFANTA

Departament is equal to OLIVOS

Departament is equal to GAMARRA

======================================================================================

but I get the following error:

Please specify a complete Trigger Condition

Complex condition is empty, does not contain nested conditions

Someone please help me!!

bpaine's comment is spot on for me - getting same error, until I deleted the "alert on all" criteria, then selected the "alert on all" line, and added back my simple criteria - so it looks like this:

Trigger Alert when any of the following apply

Group status is equal to critical

Group status is equal to warning

Trigger Alert when all of the following apply

Group Name is equal to XYZ

The trick is you can't really move the criteria line 'up or down' took me a while to figure this out.  You have to add the condition you want evaluated on the condition group you want it evaluated on.

When in doubt delete criteria line.  Click on condition group then add criteria.  You will see the proper indentation.  If each line is not indented in a nesting fashion it won't work and will give that error.

Make sure that you select the Condition Group under Trigger Alert when any of the following apply and then select Simple Condition and the Condition will be tabbed in so it should look like this:

Trigger Alert when all of the following apply
   Node Status is equal to Down
   Trigger Alert when any of the following apply
           Department equal to INFANTA
           Department is equal to OLIVOS
           Department is equal to GAMARRA
