Map Keeps asking for login

Question

I have a map of our network on my solarwinds web page that for some strange reason requests that you log in for the second time when you clicl one of the items in the map.

The structure is as follows:

150 or so data closet maps with one or two nodes in each. these are grouped into 10 zone maps which are displayed on the main map.

When you click on the link for one of the zone maps you are supposed to be taken to a view I have created that displays a list of the smaller maps in that zone map.

Instead, what is happening is that you are taken back to tle login.asp page and prompted to login to the system. Upon doing so, you are taken back to where you started.  If you click an item on the main map now, everything works fine.

Anyone have any ideas on why this is happening and what I can do to remove this annoyance?

I don't have the direct link account enabled. I did some time ago as an experiment but have since turned it off.  I am logged in using an account with administrative access to the server but still get prompted to log in again when I click on one of the items in the map.

If you have a Directlink account configured, you are most likely accessing the map using this account.
Once you click on a link in the map, then you are getting prompted to login, as the directlink account does not allow access to any other resources, other than the initial URL.
