Lost Thwack Points?

I seem to have lost about ~3000 thwack points recently. Has this happened to anyone else? Any way to figure out where they went?

I lost 8000 points i had a couple items in the cart and they got stuck in it and then i wasnt able to purchase them and they were gone when the web site changed.

I have the same issue. I lost over 30,000 points when the store changed over. I had purchased a backpack (25,000) and Blue Argyle Socks (12,000) but they never shipped. Now the points are gone and no sign of the order anywhere
