upgrading from Version 7.8 to newest Orion Version

Question

Dear Guys,

I have a license of orion which is 7.8, needs to be upgraded to version 9.1, so is it possible to download it through my customer portal to upgrade my Orion to 9.1

if not, please guide me how to upgrade

You'll need to upgrade to 8.5.1 first.  Please contact Support, and they'll get a copy of 8.5.1.
