Unable to get all Notes information out of the MIB table

Question

I'm unable to get specific mib information for notes out of the supplied MIB database.

I need the following OID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.334.72.1.1.4.31.0. ( lnMailTotalPending )

The supplied MIB stops at 1.3.6.1.4.1.334.72.1.1.4.19.0

Anybody having the same issue, I've just downloaded the latest MIB file

Hi Dax--

You can create a Universal Device Poller and add the OID yourself.

Have you checked out Chapter 16 of the Orion NPM Administrator Guide, Monitoring MIBs with Universal Device Pollers? It's on physical page 213. Or you can find a section of it here. Use the arrow keys to move back and forth through the document.

Also, if you want the device added to our SysObjectID database, post the info to this thread.

I've just discovered that the notes-mib V6 has the correct subtrees.

notes-mib V1 doesn't have these subtrees I need to monitor.

Would it be possible to add the notes-mib V6 to the mib database ?
