Has anyone had any luck with getting Aruba AP's to backup with the latest release using the Variations feature?

Hello Paul,
From what I can see, Variations have not been added to the Aruba.ArubaOS.General Device type. Having that said, can I assume you are using the Generic.Device Device type in order to use Variations? If so, can you enable capture mode, run the Activity against the Device and then provide me the debug file for the Device within \CatTools3\debug\? Please note that the Debug file may contain sensitive information, therefore, make sure to sanitize it or open a support case that we can communicate offline.

Yes I am using the Generic device type and I would feel better opening a case.
How can I be sure the case gets assigned to you? I have already opened one a couple of days ago and was basically told "we dont plan on including Aruba AP's anytime soon and go use the new Variations tool".
I just checked Chris and the case is still open.
