i'm trying to install encryption software on a laptop via the patch manager server. i keep getting this error.

This is a custom application you are trying to publish?  It looks like your applicability rules are wrong when you created it.

fixed the original error code.. now getting this

Update not applicable for install. Unable to find the Update by ID to perform the requested operation. The update may not be applicable for the selected computer Result Code: 0x80240003
