Workaround for Advanced Alert email bug

There is a known issue where the advance alert engine ignored the "From" field and marks the email as being from the email address in the "To" field. We are working on a fix.
In the meantime, the following workaround may help:
Create and Email action with:
- To: “From Whoever <whoever@foo.com>"
- CC: my real recipients
Also, use commas, not semi-colons, to separate addresses in the CC field.
The email now is from “From Whoever”.
