May I ask how does one un-install the VMan license.

As of VMAN 6.1, if your server is online, you can deactivate your license on the license management page:

For any version of VMAN, If you run your server in offline mode (i.e. it cannot connect to SolarWinds hosted licensing server) you will need to contact Customer Service.
