Integration of NCM with NPM Web-only Server

Question

I'm sure Chris will be able to answer this, but is there, or will there be integration of NCM with NPM web-only server?  I have the integration working now with the poller's web interface, but we all use the web-only interface, since CPU spikes high with as many users as we have logging in.  Any info would be appreciated.

I ran the integration module .exe on the web-only server and it seemed to install properly.  I then tried to log into the web-only interface and it gave me an error:

An error has occured with the Orion website.

Additional Information

System.Configuration.SettingsPropertyNotFoundException: The settings property 'NCM.NCMWebsiteViewID' was not found.

I verified that all services were running, and they were, so I tried a restart.  The server came back up and the website worked properly, until I tried adding a new NCM detail to my node detals page.  At this point I received an error exactly like learyk in thread .  The normal poller's web interface was working properly.  I checked the credentials that I used on the poller's web interface and it was a windows domain account.  I changed the account to the webviewer account and now both web interfaces work without issue.  If I find anything else, I will update this thread.

If you're asking if the NCM integrate module can be installed on an NPM Web-only Server, the answer is yes.   This was something we explicitly tested as part of our 5.0 efforts.

One thing to remember is that NCM 5.0 is really 2 things:

1) NCM server (this includes desktop application, website, and information service)

2) NCM integration module  (this gets installed on the NPM server or additional NPM website).  This communicates to the NCM server regardless of whether it is local or remote via the information service on the machine where NCM server is installed.
