Enable 'tables' on website configuration views to prevent copying of line numbers with drag&select

Question

We can't copy/paste configuration items from the online configurations, since the "line numbers" are in the same selectable field as the actual configuration.  A simple two-column table will allow us to select only the configuration and not include the line numbers in the selection - behaviour similar to many online 'pastebin' applications.

jp, glad this fixed your issue.   We'll look at adding the new table column.  For internal folks, this is being tracked as #3226

Thanks, Sham, this did fix my problem.

I still feel that solarwinds should add a new table column in the next release so this isn't a problem.  It's a very easy fix.

If you click Edit on the top right hand corner of the resource, you will find an option to turn off the line numbers. Once you turnoff the line numbers you should be able to select, copy and paste the configuration items easily.
