Hi,

Do you have the same "Last Database Sync" value when you open the Monitor Polling Engines utility on the server?

Start > All Programs > SolarWinds Orion > Advanced Features > Monitor Polling Engines.

Click on your Polling Engine and check the "Last Database Update field".

Could you ensure that the time is synchronized between your Database Server and the server on which is installed Orion NPM.

Lastly, check if the Orion services are started.

Start > All Programs > SolarWinds Orion > Advanced Features > Orion Service Manager.

There is known bug about this that will be fixed in a future service pack, but since it is not always a false positive, it is worth to check the above things to ensure everything is running ok.

Looks like your database server resides in the same server as your polling engine! Does your polling engine still collect statistics on your target devices?

In the third screenshot, the SolarWinds NetPerfMon service is not listed.

Could you open the services.msc console and check if you can find it there?

If not, rerun the configuration wizard to reinstall it.

Start > All Programs > SolarWinds Orion > Configuration and Auto-Discovery > Configuration Wizard.

Select Services and follow the steps.

Thanks for the screenshots, It is showing that the Network Performance Monitor service is up and running and sync to the database. Could you check again the Polling Engine status in the web console?

Since in your first screenshosts the service was probably down till you re-run the configuration wizard, it might show an up to date information in the web console.

If not, open a support ticket to be notified when the fix will be released for this web console issue.
