Oh... that... And "I cannot move it myself, too many cables".

The fact that each cable fits only one port usually escapes them... but then again, how many times have I unplugged a USB cable from a (now busted) ethernet port...

Apparently our users think we spend all our free time hiding their files from them, because I often hear "I can't find ____. What did you guys do with it?"

We have a similar issue. We store a lot of files on network drives and put a script file on each users desktop to reconnect in case they drop a network connection. We still get calls asking "Why can't I access file ____?? Make it work!" If they would go ahead and run the drive connector script that EVERY computer has I wouldn't have to remote in and run it for them....
